Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born 15th August 1994, in USA. Ashley does not talk about her parents' names, but she credits her grandfather for being the one who inspired her to work hard. Her grandfather was an avid bodybuilder in the years the time he was in his 20s and early 30s. Ashley began to exercise physically at the age of four. She started swimming lessons at age four old and continued to do so for 10 more. In the past, she competed in many events however, she wasn't a dedicated enough participant as she wasn't ready to adhere to strict diet in order her body could perform the best. The model was a bit popular in her high school years mostly due to her appealing physique and attractive looks however it's not clear if she has dated anyone throughout this phase of her life. After she matriculated Ashley chose not to go on in a college program but rather concentrate on her work as a fitness model. Ashley was just 15 and was dissatisfied with her physical appearance. The advice she received from her grandpa to begin going to the fitness centre. He encouraged her to go slow and develop her body slowly. Ashley was encouraged by her victory and enrolled in the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. The result was 7th and felt compelled to train even harder. When she took fifth place in the 2015 WBFF World Championships, Ashley took the decision to end her competition. In the course of competing, she received offers to do photography shoots. The model didn't want to mix her work and decided to decline. Now that she's stopped competing, Ashley is now a fitness model. When she was featured on the cover of an award-winning fitness magazine she was able to immediately launch her career as a fitness and modelling model. The model has now become a sought-after model and has posed for numerous bikini brand names and globally renowned clothing firms.
